The Gronest fabric pot combines light weight with a particularly air-permeable pot wall. This allows more oxygen to reach the roots, excess water can drain quickly, and the risk of waterlogging is reduced.
When growing towards the air-permeable outer wall, root tips are naturally limited. This supports a finer, more branched root structure and makes the fabric pot ideal for houseplants, aroids, herbs, vegetables, and grow projects.
1–4 L: Cuttings, young plants, and small herbs
8–19 L: Aroids, chili, bell peppers, and medium-sized houseplants
25–39 L: Large Monstera, palms, vegetables, and robust potted plants
55–95 L: XXL plants, large grow projects, and extensive root balls
Fabric pots are water-permeable. Please use on a suitable base, in a drip tray, or in a sufficiently large cachepot. Allow excess water to drain completely after watering.
1–4 liters are suitable for cuttings and young plants. Medium-sized houseplants and herbs usually fit well into 8–19 liters. For large aroids, vegetables, or potted plants, 25 liters and more are useful. The size of the existing root ball is decisive.
Yes. The textile fabric is water-permeable. For indoor use, the fabric pot should always be placed on a suitable saucer, in a drip tray, or in a waterproof cachepot.
Soil, coco substrate, as well as airy and structurally stable substrate mixtures are suitable. A well-draining mix is particularly suitable for many tropical houseplants.
Yes. After use, the pot should be completely emptied, dry brushed, and carefully cleaned depending on the degree of soiling. Allow to dry completely before replanting.
It can be used indoors, on the balcony, in the greenhouse, and in the garden. Outdoors, it should be placed stably; indoors, a waterproof saucer is required.
The substrate can dry out faster through the air-permeable pot walls than in a closed plastic pot. Therefore, check the moisture regularly and only water when it suits the respective plant and the substrate used.
