Pflanzsubstrat bildet den unmittelbaren Wurzelraum einer Pflanze und beeinflusst Wasserführung, Sauerstoffversorgung, Standfestigkeit und Nährstoffverfügbarkeit. Eine gute Mischung entsteht nicht durch einen einzelnen „besten“ Bestandteil, sondern durch das Verhältnis strukturgebender, wasserspeichernder und organischer oder mineralischer Komponenten. Deshalb sollte das Substrat immer zu Pflanzenart, Gefäß, Standort und Gießverhalten passen.
The LEAFer substrate configurator combines plant type and quantity with a pre-defined, reproducible volume recipe. First select the plant type, then 2 L, 5 L, or 10 L.
All recipes are dosed by volume. The stored mixing ratios control airiness, drainage, moisture buffer and the organic content depending on the plant group. For cultivation, the finest possible fraction is used for the coconut component.
Note: Natural materials can vary in grain, moisture, and structure. For very sensitive plants, the mixture can be further customized.
